Your Role
* Support customers via chat and email
* Resolve inquiries quickly and professionally
* Investigate and handle customer issues
* Escalate cases when needed
* Deliver a high-quality customer experience
* Stay updated on processes and policies
What we are looking for
* Fluency in Swedish, German, or French + good English
* Customer service experience is a plus, not mandatory
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Motivated and ready to relocate
