Define the global strategy of the Life Science business through the development and execution of commercial plans that ensure business development as well as the achievement of sales and profitability objectives established in the annual budget, with the support of a commercial team, reporting directly and/or functionally assigned.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Align with the company's objectives to propose, develop, and achieve commercial goals, manage expenses, and meet financial targets for the Life Science market, continuously creating value for Caldic Ibérica.
* Promote the development of the Health and Food markets in line with the company's global strategy, considering industry potential and trends both nationally and across subsidiaries.
* Supervise the responsibilities of the direct commercial team in Iberia to ensure alignment with Caldic Ibérica's strategy, including strategy implementation, management models, commercial processes, NOF tracking, and KPIs.
* Collaborate on establishing pricing and margin policies by market and industry with the Marketing & Business Development Director and General Management, ensuring team compliance.
* Improve financial and operational parameters, focusing on customer credit and Working Capital Needs, including customer risks, inventory levels, stock consignments, and payment terms.
* Lead and develop change management initiatives within the commercial team, motivating adaptation to new methodologies, market trends, and business approaches.
* Implement and promote commercial plans, understanding market potential, and maintaining key relationships and communication channels.
* Ensure the effective use of internal processes and business tools by the commercial team for information management and decision-making reporting.
* Interpret customer requirements, manage expectations, and coordinate internal resources to align with company strategy and commercial plans.
* Stimulate and develop market demand for the company's products and applications to foster growth and profitability.
* Build networks, professional links, and alliances to enhance the company's brand visibility.

Professional Experience:
* Over 5 years as Commercial Director, Marketing Director, or Business Development Director in distributor or manufacturer companies in the chemical sector, with extensive knowledge in specialties.
