Your Role
Are you passionate about driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and promoting a wellness lifestyle?
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead business development in the Balearic Islands (ideally based in Mallorca), covering both the Club and HCP (Health, Corporate & Performance) sales segments.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships with our clients while promoting Technogym’s premium range of products, services, and digital solutions.

Your Impact
- Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
About You
- +3 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience in the Fitness, Sport Industry and Healthcare.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar.
- Experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
