Master Data Quality & Analytics Manager
In the current context of fast-evolving digitization of business processes and growing use of Artificial Intelligence, our data sets need to be consistent and of high quality.
Therefore, it is key to strengthen and expand our data governance and quality capabilities, including standards, data quality operations, continuous improvement data flow, and business process standardization.
This role offers an opportunity to play a key part in this journey. You will have a significant impact on our operations by ensuring the efficient, flexible, and compliant creation and use of master data and analytics across Supply and other functions.
Responsibilities
As our Master Data Quality & Analytics Manager, you will support the expansion of data quality and governance capabilities across Supply and other key functions. Your work will enhance the efficient, flexible, and compliant use of master data for digital use cases.
* Lead major data interventions: collaborate with stakeholders for data fixes, root cause analysis, and establishing long-term solutions.
* Use continuous improvement methods to resolve key data issues permanently.
* Develop and run data quality analyses and reports using available tools on large datasets.
* Deliver business-oriented data products, reports, and dashboards from diverse data sources.
* Map and match data concepts from different areas or external sources for cross-functional analysis.
* Adhere to data governance and IT standards during data interventions and report/dashboard creation.
* The role does not include direct reports but may involve mobilizing teams and stakeholders to add cross-functional value.
Our team consists of 10 experienced data professionals with backgrounds in business operations. You will work closely with departments such as Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Regulatory, and Product Development. You will address complex data challenges, learn core business processes, and help stakeholders become more efficient. Our colleagues are open-minded, eager to learn, and supportive.
Candidate Profile
You enjoy working with large datasets and are process and action-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, international environment, are resilient, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Master’s Degree or equivalent
* 5-10 years of experience working with data and interacting with business functions
* Proficient in analyzing large datasets, from aggregate analysis to detailed reviews
* Experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
* Ability to build complex data processing programs using SQL, Python, and Databricks
* Proven experience in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards for various audiences
* Understanding of SAP transactions and module interdependencies
* Experience or knowledge of AI models and implementation is a significant plus
* Excellent communication skills in English, able to simplify complex ideas
