The Service Marine market is crucial in the growth strategy of Alfa Laval Iberia.
Alfa Laval Iberia wants to recruit a Sales Engineer for this market in the Marine Division. He/she will be responsible for developing this business and selling services (service agreements) to our Customers (Shipowners, Repair Shipyards and Power Plants), with special focus on key Accounts, in the Marine & Diesel Industry, both for Spain and Portugal.
This responsibility requires a high level of coordination with the rest of the members of Marine Division and high availability to travel in Spain and Portugal.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make business plans according to the business division strategy and targets
* Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline
* Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, with multichannel perspective, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services

Job requirements:
* Naval Architect & Marine Engineering degree
* Strong and solid commercial orientation with at least 5 years’ experience in technical sales in Marine Market
* Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese will be nice to have
* Resident in Madrid area
* Availability to travel in Spain & Portugal
