Experteer Overview In this role you will support Hydro’s GBS IT services by resolving incidents and maintaining location-specific infrastructure. You will collaborate with global support teams to fix IT issues, participate in deployment and maintenance of infrastructure components, and ensure adherence to standards and SLAs. You’ll contribute to local and global IT projects and act as the location representative for IT professionals. - Participate in incident resolution and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and application issues
- Collaborate with global support teams to resolve IT problems
- Install and maintain IT infrastructure components, applications, and tools
- Monitor and maintain location-specific infrastructure following SOPs
- Contribute to location-specific and global IT projects
- Maintain user accounts in locally supported applications
- Act as the location representative for GBS IT professionals
- Engage in IT change management processes and flows
- Troubleshoot hardware/software faults and resolve incidents
- Maintain location-specific Active Directory and related documentation
- Follow global architecture, security, and operating standards and policies
- Prioritize work to comply with GBS IT SLAs

- 1–2 years of IT infrastructure experience
- IT Technician qualification (IT Engineer or equivalent preferred)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- ITIL Certification (educational knowledge)
- Exposure to and understanding of a manufacturing environment (soft skill)
