As a Intern Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the Spanish market, you will join a CSM Unit in charge of supporting our clients in the implementation of their ESG reputation programs. Reporting to a CSM Lead, in liaison with the Country Manager, your missions will be as follows: Provide technical and functional support to clients in conducting their surveys: On-boarding of customers on the back-office Presentation of the different functionalities available to them Accompaniment in the parameterization of the survey and throughout the project Closing of the survey and accreditation Detect customer needs Identify and report to the Country Manager/Account Executive the customer needs in an up-sell logic (additional Saas products, post-survey support, training, …) Participate and take responsibility in cross-functional projects aimed at improving the customer experience in using the platform
