Operational Excellence & HSE: Drive site strategy, headcount management (perm/temp), and PDP validation. Enforce HSE rules using QRQC tools and manage absenteeism improvement plans. Talent & Org Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and job grading. Coordinate talent tools, training (TDP), budgets, and internal trainers. Propose organizational evolutions. Employee Engagement & Relations: Maintain social climate and union relations. Lead "5 Axes" / V5000 deployment and Site Committees to enhance engagement. Well-being & HSE: Lead Quality of Life at Work (QLW) initiatives and manage medical unfitness adaptations. Admin & Payroll: Oversee time/attendance, HR procedures, and validate payroll via delegation. Strategic Interface: Serve as the Site Referent for Talent Development, Learning stakeholders, and Campus Management/Employer Branding.
