Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Museum of Senses Madrid Location : MadridFull-time PositionAbout the Museum of Senses: The Museum of Senses is a non-traditional, immersive museum dedicated to fun and edutainment for all generations, operating in Romania, the Czech Republic, Italy, and soon to open in Spain.
We invite visitors to explore the fascinating world of the human senses through innovative exhibits and engaging experiences that blend fun, education, and entertainment.
Our goal is to stimulate curiosity and foster learning in a fun and interactive environment.Job Summary:Sales & PartnershipsSupport the design and promotion of packages for school groups, corporate events, and special visits.Actively calling, communicating and participating in achieving Museum sales KPI - pointing out that it is active selling, networking and closing dealsBuild and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to increase visibility and bookings.Monitor ticket and gift shop sales, identifying opportunities to boost performance.Assist in preparing sales reports and market analysis.Marketing CoordinationCollaborate with our external marketing & PR consultants to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.Coordinate with agencies to promote special events, seasonal activities, and new exhibits.Support in creating and managing social media content, website updates, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.Assist in creating and distributing promotional content for the gift shop, highlighting new products and offers.Data & ReportingTrack sales performance, visitor feedback, and KPIs such as booking trends and customer satisfaction.Provide regular reports and insights to the General Manager and HQ.What we are looking forMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or coordination roles (ideally in tourism, leisure, hospitality, or cultural industries).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.Good communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Proficiency with digital tools (MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/Photoshop, CRM/ticketing platforms experience is a plus).
