Your roleAs Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creating a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will play a key role in motivating the team, optimizing performance, and maintaining the unique spirit of Nômade on the floor.
What you will do:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Lead, motivate, and guide the team to deliver outstanding service
Ensure consistency in service standards and guest experience
Act as a point of contact for guests, handling requests and feedback with care
Coordinate closely with kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow
Assist in staff training, onboarding, and continuous development
Monitor service performance and proactively solve operational challenges
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Support scheduling, stock control, and operational procedures
Step in to lead shifts and manage the floor when required
Who we're looking for:
Experienced hospitality professional with a background in restaurants, bars, or hotels
Passionate about service and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong leader with a hands‐on and positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to perform under pressure in a fast‐paced environment
Team player with natural leadership and problem‐solving abilities
Requirements:
Previous experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to multitask and manage high‐volume service periods
Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and service protocols
Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus)
Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
