Are you a digital marketing manager with a deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization and analytics?

Manager, Conversion Optimization & Analytics, to join our team. You will be responsible for building and executing a global conversion optimization program to improve the visibility of two Quadient digital properties (quadient.You will work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure optimizations are tailored to regional markets in local languages and you will be responsible for improving conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the web properties, ensuring we have the right tools and reporting program in place to understand the needs and behaviors of site visitors. For this you need also a deep understanding of website related KPIs and you know how to drive analysis and create measures.
You are a strategic leader, who can work collaboratively with peers within the corporate marketing organization (content marketing, external communications, and brand teams) as well as build strong relationships with leadership across marketing functions, including demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations
You’re able to balance strategic thinking, precise execution, and deep analysis, and you’re a creative marketer who brings novel ideas for how we can deliver more compelling experiences for our diverse client base.
You can demonstrate proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and build trust with senior-level and executive stakeholders across the organization, as well as your experience working with developers to implement technical SEO tactics, and collaboration with content marketing professionals to produce SEO focused and conversion optimized content.
You have experience with key software platforms and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SERP tools, and testing tools like Optimizely etc,
You demonstrate a proven ability to analyze data and derive novel insights to guide strategy.
You ‘ve developed strong organizational and time management skills, with to move quickly, respond to fast turnaround times, and balance short-term needs with long term strategic goals; you work autonomously, have strong project management skills, and effectively prioritize work in a high-growth environment.
You are a team player, eager to build a high-performance team and center of excellence, with an ability to be a player/coach, guiding and overseeing the work of project team members while simultaneously possessing the ability to take a hands-on approach when required.
