In this role you own the end-to-end design and delivery of HR data integration and migration across SAP HCM/Payroll and SuccessFactors in a hybrid landscape. You will ensure stability, security, performance, and governance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align integrations with GDPR and enterprise security standards. You’ll shape integration architecture, data models, and migration plans, driving improvements and ensuring data quality. You’ll lead streams, maintain runbooks, and advocate best-practice CI/CD for integrations, delivering measurable impact on HR data flows and operational resilience.

• Define aIntegration architecture, data model approach, and replication strategy (e.g., Compound Employee full/delta, replication boundaries, payroll integration)
• Own event-driven integration design where applicable (Intelligent Services + SAP Event Mesh)
• Define and enforce integration standards: error handling, SLAs, monitoring and alerting across Integration Suite and hybrid flows
• Lead data migration activities end-to-end (planning, mock loads, cutover, validation/reconciliation) with focus on data quality and consistency
• Configure and optimize Business Integration Builder (BIB) (infotype group configuration/assignment, mappings, transformations, validations) and oversee Integration Suite/CPI flows
• Drive advanced troubleshooting in production (logs, reprocessing, performance tuning, root-cause analysis) and define stabilization actions
• Design secure HR data integration aligned with GDPR and enterprise security requirements (OAuth, SAML, client authentication, trust setup, certificates)
• Align integrations with SuccessFactors MDF extensions and BTP side-by-side developments
• Establish transport governance and CI/CD approach for Integration Suite artifacts (depending on project setup)
• Lead an integration stream/sub-project: scope, plan, dependencies, resource alignment, stakeholder management, and project reporting
• Maintain architecture documentation and operational runbooks for support and handover
Responsabilidades
• Strong hands-on experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP HCM (PA/OM/PT/PY) in hybrid scenarios
• Deep knowledge of core hybrid integration patterns: master data synchronization, replication boundaries, and migration planning
• Proven experience with Business Integration Builder (BIB) and data mapping (transformations/validation)
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors interfaces: Compound Employee API (full & delta), web services, and/or Integration Center capabilities
• ABAP skills for integration scope (debugging, supporting reports/structures, BadIs)
• Experience with identity/security topics
• Familiarity with ALM/operations processes and tooling for monitoring and incident handling
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
• Structured working style according to project management standards
• Experience with agile project methods
• Business fluent English skills (at least level B2)
