- Develop regional channel strategies and medium-to-long-term plans tailored to the characteristics of the European market.
- Establish a channel KPI framework to monitor key metrics including market share, dealer profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop localised European dealership design standards aligned with headquarters' VI/SI guidelines, catering to European consumers' preference for experiential car purchasing.
- Formulate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dealership operations, covering core processes such as new energy vehicle sales workflows, smart cockpit feature demonstrations, and battery technology explanations.

Job Requirements — Spain:
\n
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, International Trade or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Spain automotive dealership channel management, including at least 3 years' channel expansion experience with new energy vehicle brands (e.G., Tesla, NIO, Volkswagen ID series).
- Practical experience in Spain market required, with familiarity of local dealership network structures.
- English as working language; fluent Spanish required, capable of independent commercial negotiations with local dealers.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution skills to drive multinational project implementation.
- Results-oriented with ability to balance brand standardisation and regional differentiation within complex regulatory environments. xugodme
