We are currently looking for a
Global Distribution Loyalty Director
who will play a critical role in accelerating Danfoss Climate Solutions growth by elevating indirect sales into a high-performing, scalable growth engine.
Your work will shape how we partner, grow, and win in markets worldwide—strengthening our ability to serve customers and drive sustainable impact.
Ideal locations would be : UK, France or Spain.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the general distribution partner agenda by:
- Leading the global design, development, and rollout of a scalable Distribution Partner Program that brings clarity, consistency, and governance across regions.
- Owning global program management and performance oversight, ensuring transparency, operational discipline, and driving channel revenue and profitability.
- Shaping channel strategy to accelerate growth, increase partner effectiveness, and strengthen market presence and loyalty.
- Driving cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, finance, digital, and operations to reduce complexity and unlock synergies.
- Serve as the ultimate authority and strategic advisor to the executive team on partner models, market trends, and evolving channel dynamics.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience leading global indirect sales, channel, or commercial loyalty programs in a complex B2B environment.
- A proven ability to design and scale partner programs that drive growth and consistency.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias for action and execution.
- The ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence operating at executive level.
