What are we looking for?
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
* High level of English and Spanish
* A third language is highly valued (French, German, Italian, etc.)
* Strong interest in recruitment, talent and business
* Analytical profile with good communication skills
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a demanding environment
What will you do?
* Support international recruitment processes
* Identify and assess candidates
* Participate in interviews and profile analysis
* Collaborate with different teams and industries
* Learn a structured recruitment methodology
