Responsibilities
Analyze business needs related to Securities Finance and translate them into clear technical requirements and well‑defined, development‑ready user stories.
Collaborate with development squads to design and implement innovative solutions, actively participating in refinement sessions, functional design, and process improvement initiatives.
Perform functional and integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Produce technical and functional documentation for assigned projects.
Manage communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper alignment between business and delivery.
Contribute to the definition of technology strategies to optimize processes.
Identify risks and propose effective solutions to mitigate potential issues.
Support end‑user training on newly implemented tools.
