Join Our Team


We are currently recruiting a Procurement Excellence to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.


Key Responsibilities


As Procurement Excellence, you will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Procurement to transform the function into a best-in-class organization, support the execution of a cross-functional cost-saving plan, and implement sourcing strategies and category management for key components.

The responsibilities of Procurement Excellence are:

* Provide project management capabilities across the different workstreams, with a special focus on the cost-saving plan.
* Implement new policies, systems and processes to increase efficiency, and support reduction in manual effort.
* Support development of category management and strategic sourcing strategies to deliver year on year cost reductions in the recurrent spend base (ie, MRO, Chemicals, Gases) and growth categories, including Solar PV, BESS, Wind and EPC.
* Undertake financial analysis to support preparation of business plans for improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate with relevant consulting experience in Procurement (2-6 years) or equivalent industry experience, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent client hands and communication abilities to lead the company's most complex projects, manage issues that arise during implementation, and act as an advisor to business leaders at all times.


Education and Certifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, exceptional academics required. Master's degree is desirable.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills - most of our work is in an international environment
An MBA will be considered a plus.


Experience and Technical Skills

* 2–6 years of relevant experience in Procurement, either in consulting or in dynamic and challenging environments that demonstrate the candidate's ability to work with ambitious goals and deadlines.
* Business and operational process mapping and redesign experience.
* Proven track record of playing a leadership role in a work environment.

* Consulting mindset to work with multiple stakeholders to solve business problems and drive improvements (technical, business or financial).
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
