We are currently looking for an Account Manager based in La Linea, Spain to join our team. As Account Manager you will focus on managing and growing existing partnerships, driving active sales, and supporting compliance initiatives. This role combines relationship management with a strong commercial mindset, giving you ownership of both account performance and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Management: proactively develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring optimal positioning of our games, timely launch of new products and features and handling daily requests
- Promotional Activities: actively secure recurring promotional activities to maximize customer engagement and revenue generation
- Compliance Support: lead certification projects and own relationships with testing labs
- Active Sales: Execute aggressive sales strategies to extend our market share and increase revenue
- Internal Coordination: serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams (i.e., legal, compliance, integrations, product) to assure efficient and effective project execution
- Sales Pipeline: Aggressively maintain and develop the sales pipeline with a focus on upsell opportunities and strategic growth
- Industry Events: Represent BetGames at industry events and conferences, leveraging networking opportunities for active sales prospects
- Reporting: Regularly update the Head of Account Management, Head of Sales and other stakeholders on sales activities, account performance, market trends, and competitor movements

We expect you have

- 2+ years of experience in an Account Manager role within the gaming/iGaming industry (must-have)
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales, account management, VIP management, or similar roles
- Strong client-facing skills, with a confidence in leading client calls and in-person meetings
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
- High level of reliability, organization, and discipline when handling multiple projects
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems) and familiarity with AI-powered tools
- Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings
