Business Development Manager - Quantum Computing - AIJoin a fast-growing deep-tech company specializing in quantum computing and AI software solutions. Recognized globally for innovation, we provide cutting-edge tools to industries like finance, energy, and cybersecurity.Responsibilities:
Sales Growth:
Drive sales to meet or exceed revenue targets for the company’s products and services, including renewals and new business opportunities.Collaboration:
Work closely with field and enterprise sales teams, as well as channel partners, to develop and execute effective account strategies.Customer Engagement:
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to identify and address their needs.Presentations & Demonstrations:
Lead advanced solution presentations, showcasing the unique value of the company's products and services compared to competitors.Technical Coordination:
Organize support for demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), evaluations, and training sessions in collaboration with technical teams.Feedback & Communication:
Share insights with technical and marketing teams to improve product capabilities and develop winning sales strategies.Industry Events:
Represent the company at industry shows, conventions, and networking events to enhance visibility and attract new business.Proposal Development:
Prepare clear and compelling proposals, quotations, and value propositions tailored to customer needs.Qualifications:
Education:
A master’s degree (or equivalent) in sciences, engineering, or a related technical field.Experience:
8+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or consulting, with a proven record of achieving sales targets in technology or engineering-focused roles.Skills:
Strong communication and organizational abilities.Problem-solving mindset to create tailored solutions for diverse client challenges.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams, including development, marketing, and project management.Languages:
Native-level Spanish and fluent English.Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.
