Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives. You will be a technical leader, setting best practices and ensuring our products meet high-quality standards across various areas, including customer acquisition, engagement, Business Prime, and International Expansion. Your role involves solving complex testing challenges, designing scalable test strategies, and enhancing the testability of our architectures.
A significant aspect of this role is leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve QA processes. You will drive AI-powered automation and incorporate AI-driven testing methodologies into the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
* Define, measure, and own core QA metrics for the organization.
* Set high standards and best practices as a technical leader in quality assurance.
* Address ambiguous quality issues and develop complex test scenarios for both new and existing products.
* Create and implement AI-driven automated testing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase coverage.
* Collaborate with development teams to establish quality benchmarks and integrate testing throughout product development.
* Use data to assess quality before release and during production.
* Lead parallel testing efforts among QA engineers, ensuring smooth integration into product launches.
* Mentor and develop other QA engineers, sharing best practices and fostering growth.
* Influence team strategy and make critical quality-related decisions impacting customer experience.

You may participate in brainstorming sessions, problem-solving discussions, and idea refinement.
