Description of the role
Join our team as a Commercial Manager in Villanueva de la Jara, Quintanar del Rey, and Motilla del Palancar, and be part of a sector-leading company!
We are looking for profiles ranging from Junior with minimal experience to Senior with several years, for permanent contracts.
Your responsibilities include managing the sales process, developing effective commercial strategies, and contributing to regional growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
* Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on regional expansion.
* Deeply understand the product and service catalog.
* Use tools to understand client characteristics.
* Plan your commercial activities to meet objectives (office and individual).
* Assist in training and explaining campaigns and products to colleagues.
* Utilize management tools (CRM, commercial offers) and assist in their use.

Requirements
* Previous experience in banking or financial product sales.
* Ability to lead teams and work under pressure.
* Knowledge of the Castilla-La Mancha market.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Residency near the job location.
Qualifications
* University degree or FP2 in ADE, Economics, Business, etc. (preferable).
* Results-oriented with a customer focus.
* Valuable certifications: MIFID, LCCI, insurance.
Experience
* At least 3 months experience in banking (preferable).
* Previous experience in selling financial products (preferable).
