Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Project Director
* Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and contractor activities
* Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports
* Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) and external stakeholders (contractors, port authorities)
* Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and status updates for the Project Board
* Support site visit organization, logistics, and team coordination
* Assist with procurement and tender documentation processes
* Maintain project reporting and support budget tracking
Candidate Profile
* University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field
* Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in administrative or project support roles
* Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan
* Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized with strong multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail
* Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus

ICO Spain has been awarded a 27-year concession to build and operate a new public vehicle terminal at the Port of Barcelona. Covering over 101,000 m² and expected to handle up to 180,000 vehicles annually from 2028, the terminal will focus on imports, especially electric vehicles from the Far East, and will feature state-of-the-art automation, electric handling equipment, and solar power generation, reinforcing the Port of Barcelona as a key automotive hub in Europe. This new project strengthens ICO’s footprint in the Mediterranean, complementing its terminals in Yarimca (Turkey) and East Port Said (Egypt) .
