Ensure data science leadershipSynthesize problems into data question(s)Decide approach for data scienceDesign & perform data science experimentsDevelop Data Science Infrastructure & ToolsConvert data into actionable insightsAct in external relationsEnsure a seamless transition of AI models from prototype to production applicationsEnhance the reliability and scalability of AI models in production
To be successful in the role you must have:
Theoretical Knowledge:
Common and advanced clustering algorithms including probability density and distribution basedConvolutional Neural networks (CNN)Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN)TransformersGraph Neural Networks (GNN)Bayesian based probabilistic graphical modelsDeep AutoencodersLatest machine reasoning techniquesReinforcement learningGenerative AI
Application of ML/AI:
Clean clustering of high dimensional data with noiseApplication of autoencoders to high-dimensional dataApplication of GNN to high dimensional complex data structuresApplication of CNN to high-dimensional temporal dataApplication of RNN to high- time series data for forecastingApplication of Bayesian dimensional networks for causal reasoningAuto learning of network structure from data for probabilistic graphical modelsApplication of MLOps principles to productized AI models
Frameworks, Languages, & General skills:
Strong programming skills in Python, ability to write object oriented and scalable codeJupyterHub and notebooksStrong skills in the use of current state of the art machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, scikit-learn, etc.Ability to handle large amounts high dimensional data (knowledge of distributed data pipelines is a plus)Good data visualization skillsStrong collaborative skills to partner effectively with DevOps teamsEnthusiastic about knowledge sharing and keen to participate in and lead initiatives within a collaborative data science communityAbility to work independently and be a self-starter with high energy, enthusiasm and persistence

What you will do:
Implement technical requirements by analyzing and optimizing their needs while managing any constraints effectively.Build predictive models, recommendation engines, anomaly detection systems, statistical models, deep learning models, and other machine learning systems.Proficiency in machine learning concepts and programming languages such as Python, Pyspark, SQL, amongst others.Develop solutions using on-premise and cloud-based machine learning.Collaborate with business leaders and decision-making personnel to define success metrics and originate ML solutions that fit the bill.Mentor emerging data scientists and foster a community of machine learning enthusiasts within Ericsson.
