Service Delivery Specialist - Network Services
This role supports the delivery of networking projects as part of the Global Service Delivery Specialist team at IPC Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support internal and external projects to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage service delivery tasks from order receipt to customer handover and billing.
* Handle new services, changes to existing services, and service terminations with efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to gather information for order delivery.
* Coordinate tasks and deliverables for smooth service execution.
* Maintain accurate data in delivery systems and generate tasks in workflow systems.
* Manage billing and vendor cost information, create bill items, and support billing queries.
* Place and manage vendor orders and oversee TDM services on the network.
* Prepare internal and external reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in IP/Telecommunication Service Provider Delivery of Network Solutions.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
* Knowledge of ordering Ethernet and extranet circuits.
* Experience in delivering voice solutions and coordinating project deliverables.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills, proficiency in MS Excel.
* Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
* Project management certifications (PMP, Prince).
* Experience in Financial Markets or Telecoms & Networking Solutions.
* Familiarity with Oracle Metasolv system.
Working Arrangements:
