As Category Manager, you develop and execute strategies for defined material subcategories to optimize cost, quality and supply reliability. You collaborate with engineering, operations and procurement to align decisions with long-term business goals and drive standardization across footprints. You lead supplier evaluations, negotiations and long-term partnerships, while guiding cross-functional teams through complex sourcing initiatives. This role offers exposure to regional impact, continuous improvement, and meaningful influence on supply chain performance. You’ll work with global and regional teams to deliver sustainable improvements and shape category outcomes.

• Develop and implement category strategies for coating-related components, fasteners, gaskets, crimp and clamp connectors, and rubber parts
• Lead supplier evaluations and sourcing decisions within the category scope
• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements and long-term partnerships

• Coordinate with planning, engineering, quality and operations to align decisions with business needs

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in category management, sourcing, procurement or related field
• Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple suppliers
• Solid negotiation skills and experience with xsgfvud supplier agreements
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives
• Collaborates well with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Analyzes data and translates findings into sourcing actions
• Works independently and takes ownership of decisions
• Fluency in English
