Job Description : Responsibilities :
* Lead the implementation and optimization of the Workday HR system.
* Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure system integration and functionality.
* Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Provide ongoing support to system users.
* Conduct needs analysis and propose continuous improvements to HR processes.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Workday and other HR systems.
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or Engineering Specialization.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing HR systems projects.
* In-depth knowledge of Workday HR and experience in its implementation. Also knowledge in other HRIS systems will be considered.
* High level of English proficiency for communication with international business units in global projects.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to rapid changes.
* Experience in vendor management : communication, monitoring, and control.
* Participation in payroll projects and knowledge of People Analytics will be valued.
* Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
* Effective communication skills, adapting to different stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a team, assuming various roles in dynamic environments.
* Proactivity, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
