Job Description

UPS Healthcare is the strategy pillar within the UPS corporate organization, focusing solely on the Healthcare industry. If you are looking for a challenging position within a fast‑evolving company and industry, keep reading!


Responsibilities

* Play a vital role in expanding our market share by managing all products and solutions UPS offers – from Small Parcel Express services, to Air‑ and Ocean freight, Warehousing & Distribution, cold chain packaging and active cold chain solutions.
* Manage your own customer portfolio within Iberia and maximize our share of wallet with each customer’s main shipping locations in Iberia.
* Own the full conversion sales cycle, from collecting leads, cold calling, negotiating and implementing solutions, to account management after onboarding customers to UPS.
* Report and document activities and results in our CRM system and work closely with peers in both the outside‑and inside sales teams across Europe.


Qualifications

* Vocational degree essential; Bachelor’s degree will be valued.
* Preferably logistics and supply chain knowledge and experience.
* Preferably Healthcare knowledge and experience.
* Preferably previous experience in telesales area.
* Strong communication skills.
* Problem solving skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; high level of Portuguese would be a value.
