Mission
We are looking for an Senior Project Manager to manage and coordinate all technical activities related to the integration of systems within our S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP integrations, a strong technical background, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration processes.
Your Responsibilities
* Integration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the overall S/4HANA project objectives and timelines.
* Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables.
* System Architecture: Collaborate with solution architects to define the integration architecture and design, ensuring compatibility across all systems.
* Data Management: Oversee data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities, ensuring data integrity and quality.
* Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and audits.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical integration discussions, providing updates and insights to stakeholders

* Exposure to conflicting priorities, driven by different business needs.
* Complex IT landscape in a company with a very ambitious transformation roadmap.
* Change management of the business users, and the need of business continuity.
* A certain level of ambiguity, caused by the implementation of new procedures.
What we are looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT integration roles, with a focus on SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA.
* Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross-functional IT activities.
* Experience working with international markets outside the EMEA region
* Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
Preferred Skills
* SAP certification in relevant modules or integration technologies.
* Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
