I am working with, a general organisation specialising in packaging and service solutions for international commercial markets, who is looking to appoint an experienced international Sales Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial sales professional to join a well-established international business with strong growth ambitions across Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and growing key customer relationships, and driving commercial performance across selected European markets. The exact territory will be defined based on the successful candidate’s experience, language skills, and market knowledge.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong business development capabilities and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant European markets
- Expand and manage existing client relationships to support long-term growth
- Analyse market potential and prioritise target segments and regions
- Represent the commercial offering, including pricing, product portfolio, and trade terms
- Conduct market research to align customer needs with suitable solutions
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and budget management
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive overall business performance
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial sales or account management role
- Background in B2B environments, ideally within food service, packaging, retail, or distribution
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience working across European markets in an international setting
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive, results-driven, and commercially minded
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
