Santander Digital Services is looking for a Business Analyst based out of Boadilla del Monte, Portugal, Cantabria or Málaga.

1. Analyse, refine, and define business requirements to deliver advanced security features.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical requirements.
3. Develop comprehensive, scalable, reliable, and secure requirements and documentation for implementation teams.
4. Guide and support the solution development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Professional Experience
5. - years proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within security or financial services. (Required)
Languages
6. High level of English, spoken and written. (Required)
Hard Skills
7. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. (Required)
8. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration. (Required)
9. Deep understanding of industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements related to security or financial services. (Required)
10. Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies. (Required)
Soft Skills
11. Deep understanding of global financial regulations, with practical experience integrating compliance requirements into technical solutions.
12. Attention to detail, demonstrated via a behaviour-test driven approach to describing requirements.
13. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at both ends of the technology spectrum, from business stakeholders to specialist technicians.
