Manage and develop a team of ~10 people : Driving structure, upskilling, clear processes, and high performance.
Scope:
Accounting
Steer monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, guaranteeing timeliness, reliability, and audit readiness.
Tax
Ensure full tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, local taxes), manage tax audits, and provide guidance on fiscal matters.
Billing
Supervise end‐to‐end billing operations, improving accuracy, dispute management, and revenue assurance across the Order‐to‐Cash cycle.
Play a central role in the upcoming ERP transformation
Including process redesign, system implementation, data migration, testing, and change management.
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement within the whole company, and cross‐functional collaboration. xbhjioe

Proven experience in management (around 10-20 people)
Proven exposure to finance or organizational transformation contexts
Experience in medium-large company
