Main Responsibilities
* Strategic and operational management of the real estate division, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and expansion objectives.
* Leadership and supervision of the commercial team, driving property acquisition and the development of new business opportunities.
* Direct relationship with high-net-worth international clients, delivering a personalized and exceptional advisory service.
* Oversight of residential and commercial property sales and leasing operations.
* Market analysis and definition of commercial and marketing strategies aimed at growth and brand positioning.
* Negotiation of agreements, coordination with legal and tax advisors, and control of all transaction documentation.
* Close collaboration with international partners, developers, and investment funds.
* Preparation of performance reports, sales forecasts, and expansion strategies.
