We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children ( As part of our European expansion, we are seeking a Sales Area Manager to join our growing team.
This role is key to ensuring sales growth and commercial performance of the following territories: Spain and Portugal

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Deliver measurable sales growth and exceed revenue targets across markets.
Identify, open, and activate new retail and online accounts to expand coverage.
Develop country-specific action plans to drive market share and brand visibility.
In-Store & Online Strategy
Negotiate strategic product placements to secure the best visibility and maximize sales potential.
Implement POS materials and Visual Merchandising to guarantee a consistent brand image according to Marketing guidelines
Ensure that online brand presence reflects the quality of our in-store execution
Product Knowledge & Account Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers
Conduct regular sales reviews, joint business plans, and sell-out tracking
Lead effective product trainings to enhance retail staff engagement, brand advocacy, and sell-out performance
Operational Management
Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts for the assigned area.
Analyze sales performance reports and provide management with strategic insights and recommendations.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings within the territory.

Requirements:
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with operational execution skills and results-driven approach. xkdbapo
Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken), additional languages such as Portuguese is an asset.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid position based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona)
Position reports to Doona European Sales Manager
Travel: travel is required to the area, to the Prague office and/or to participate in market events (e.g., trade/consumer shows)
