Job Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring top‑quality service and maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Direct and supervise day‑to‑day housekeeping operations to ensure the highest cleanliness standards.
* Enforce health and hygiene standards within the housekeeping department.
* Ensure compliance with energy and material saving policies, and recycle generated waste.
* Maintain effective communication with team members and other departments regarding operational matters and guest well‑being.
* Inspect hotel suites to verify furnishings, fixtures, and equipment are clean and in good condition; arrange replacements when necessary.
* Pay special attention to VIP and repeat guests.
* Coordinate with other departments to address all issues affecting the hotel’s appearance and suite conditions.
* Confirm cleanliness status of rooms and oversee repair work.
* Monitor and manage cleaning supplies usage.
* Oversee cleaning procedures, lost property, and key control.
