Experteer Overview In this role you drive cross-functional initiatives within the TMTT unit to deliver innovative valve therapies. You will scope projects, define requirements, manage timelines and budget, and lead teams to successful outcomes. You’ll enhance systems and processes, ensure data quality, and support educational programs in a global, fast-paced environment. Your work helps advance patient care and aligns with Edwards Lifesciences’ mission to improve lives through medical innovation. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Scope new projects, define business requirements, prioritize deliverables, negotiate with stakeholders, monitor and manage progress - Lead the project team and manage budget, contracts, timelines, and stakeholder communications - Improve current applications/processes through analysis and recommendations;
supervise invoicing andpayments - Participate in user acceptance testing and software quality validation - Create user manuals and business procedures;
train and support users - Manage new product launches and readiness for Professional Education activities - Maintain data quality and analyze IT department data in databases/reports - Collaborate with the Professional Education Manager to support the EMEA Professional Education Program - Perform other incidental dutiesResponsabilidades - Bachelor's degree in engineering sciences, information systems or business analysis (or equivalent) - 6–8 years of consultancy and/or project management experience - Preferred knowledge of the medical device environment - Proven project management skills;
