We are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
Track customer demands and bugs, and cooperate with the product team to promote product optimization.
Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers mitigate risks in critical systems, and provide solutions to maintain system stability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with a background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, familiarity with cloud-based architectures, and experience in designing and implementing solutions in cloud environments.
Understanding of Linux/Windows OS, networking, TCP/IP, packet analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong technical support skills in system and network domains.
Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages professionally.
Availability for on-call duty during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
