- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant in connectivity, IoT, or digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of IoT architecture concepts and connectivity protocols (MQTT, REST APIs, HTTP, etc.)
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing functional specifications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Ability to bridge technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Based in or able to work from Barcelona WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Collect, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders in the connectivity domain
- Act as the liaison between business units and technical/development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in the definition and monitoring of IoT and connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Create and maintain functional documentation including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Support project management activities: planning, follow-up on deliverables, and reporting to stakeholders
- Contribute to the testing and validation phases, ensuring solutions meet defined requirements
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions within the connectivity ecosystem
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
