Neuraxpharm is looking for an Operations Project Integration Specialist based in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona (Corporate & hybrid role) Your mission: This position reports to the Integration Manager and supports the CTO Team, collaborating and coordinating in the operational processes as part of the Integration Project team.The main aim of this role is to plan and coordinate operations activities under the responsibility of the Integration team scope (Operations), provide operational support, and manage administrative tasks related to the CTO direct reports. Your major accountabilities: Provide support to the Operations team on regards the integration projects, including assistance with operational activities alongside the tech transfer teamEnsure that timelines for the creation and integration of new artworks within the supply chain are accomplished. Monitor stock levels with the supply team, to ensure the adequate levels are maintained as expected prior to the product launch. Support in the operational design workflows in alignment with the relevant financial processesSupport in the analysis and design plans in the potential Due Diligence process.Act as point of contact to provide input on relevant updates to the PMO Tech Transfer lead. Assist on the administrative tasks in order to support the CTO direct reports, as e.g.: Creation of PO’s (in SAP), related to Quality, inclusive Tech Transfer activities and Serialization, Strategic Sourcing and Operational Sourcing and/or other needs from the area. Follow up on the PO’s status and revision/validation of related invoices. Presentations, as per request from the different teams.Preparation of Reports, Spreadsheets and Charts, as per request (SAP source or excel).Coordination / follow up on the signature of documents / paperwork.Supporting the area in material/ reports generation We would like you to have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least 2 years of experience as Project Coordinator Support /background in CMO process in pharmaceutical companies.Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a variety of challenges.Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environmentGood level of English.Experience with SAP system (PO creation, revision and validation invoices).Good level of Excel, Power Point and Smartsheet (or equivalent).
