What will your mission be?
To lead the strategy, development, and implementation of digital solutions in the industrial sector, with a special focus on plant digitalization (Smart Factory) and the management of corporate digital applications. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation through the integration of innovative technologies, optimizing processes, and improving operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities
* Lead industrial digitalization projects, including the deployment of Smart Factory solutions, IT / OT integration, and process and MES system automation.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose improvements based on Lean methodologies.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, operations, production, maintenance).
* Participate in ERP integration and migration projects (especially SAP).
* Evaluate new technologies and digital solutions applicable to the industrial environment.
* Act as Project Manager in digital initiatives, planning, executing, and overseeing continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, Industrial Organization, or similar.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial environments leading digital projects.
* Experience in managing enterprise applications and Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Technical knowledge
* Understanding of IT / OT architectures.
* Experience in SAP projects (roll-outs, migrations) or other ERPs.
* Programming knowledge (Python, Java, etc.) is a plus.
* Experience in Big Data environments, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence is a plus.
* Familiarity with MES, SCADA, and industrial IoT platforms.
* Project management and collaboration tools: Microsoft Project, Office 365, Power Automate, Tableau.
* Spanish and English (high level, minimum C1).
