Role: Change Manager - Lean Strategy & Implementation
Acts as Change Manager, deriving and implementing Lean strategies, policies, standards, and guidelines. Supports and coaches cross-functional Lean activities and structural optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.
1. Develops and executes Lean strategies to ensure sustainable implementation.
2. Consults and coaches BU Senior Management on Lean topics across the business value chain.
3. Collaborates with responsible teams to select projects for strategic Lean introduction and continuous improvement.
4. Coordinates resources for Lean support in projects.
5. Recommends and tracks Lean training programs for various organizational levels.
6. Ensures proper documentation, control, and monitoring of Lean implementation progress.
7. Acts as Change Manager, fostering continuous improvement.
8. Leads Lean communities within BU, sharing best practices and progress updates.
9. Provides feedback on activities, learning, and best practices during Lean implementation.
10. Analyzes the current Lean Model and Culture across regions.
11. Defines a Lean Management Standard and harmonized setup for projects, aligned with SGRE policies.
12. Engages all stakeholders to ensure aligned and integrated setup.
13. Tests the Lean Model in pilot projects for evaluation and refinement.
14. Supports the development of procedures and digital tooling related to Lean.
15. Defines and implements a Lean Model Roadmap.
16. Trains Regional Ambassadors to ensure implementation continuity.
17. Monitors implementations and KPIs.
18. Conducts site visits and sessions with Site Management to promote Lean culture.
19. Continuously monitors site data for proactive improvements and high-impact initiatives.
20. Facilitates knowledge sharing and cross-region Lean initiatives.
