OverviewJob Title: Due Diligence & Sustainability Regional Lead, EMEA

Working Arrangement: The V.I.E program, managed by Business France, offers young professionals aged 18 to 28 the opportunity to complete an international assignment lasting between 6 and 24 months. Join our Responsible Sourcing team and play a key role in advancing our sustainability strategy across upstream supply chains in Europe, Africa, and the Indian Ocean region.

As Operational Lead For Sustainability & Due Diligence, You Will Be a Central Contributor To The Rollout Of Our Due Diligence Roadmap. You Will Collaborate Closely With

Internal teams: Procurement, Business Units, Sustainability

External stakeholders: Suppliers, local communities, third-party partners

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver the regional due diligence roadmap, supporting Business Unit growth while safeguarding the Group's long-term value.

Work with suppliers to design and implement remediation actions addressing human rights and environmental challenges, in line with evolving regulations.

Contribute to the development of Responsible Sourcing methodologies, tools, and management systems, while engaging internal stakeholders.

Support sustainability initiatives such as certification programs and field projects, in collaboration with sourcing teams and Business Units.

Provide support, when needed, to back-office due diligence activities.

You Bring

Education: Master's degree in agriculture, human rights, environmental studies, engineering, business, or another relevant field. A specialization in CSR is a plus.

Sustainability knowledge: Strong understanding of CSR frameworks and tools, particularly due diligence, auditing, certification, and compliance. Hands-on exposure to global supply chains and agricultural production is highly valued.

Field-oriented mindset: Motivation to work directly on the ground to assess practices, co-develop improvement plans, and support responsible transformation.

Analytical & project skills: Excellent project management, writing, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Reporting strength: Strong communication and synthesis skills, with attention to detail and process rigor.

Adaptability & agility: Proactive, comfortable in fast-moving environments, and able to operate across diverse cultures and geographies.

Stakeholder engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to address sensitive topics and drive change collaboratively.
