Provide advanced technical support to Market Managers and ensure robust configuration and maintenance of the Medallia platform across multiple markets.

Responsibilities
\n
Resolve complex incidents and implement technical changes requested by Market Managers
\n
Configure platform components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
\n
Set up and maintain data transfer mechanisms (API, SFTP)
\n
Support survey design and integration within Medallia and Engagehub
\n
Ensure platform stability and compliance with Vodafone standards
\n
Daily connect with Medallia Managed Services team and leads to review progress and ensure timely responses
\n
Join weekly meetings with markets and market managers when needed
\n
Qualifications
\n
Deep technical expertise in Medallia & Engagehub configuration and lifecycle management. Medallia Product Certification is a must
\n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-complexity environments
\n
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
\n
Data xugodme analytics and visualization techniques
\n
Familiarity with CX tools and methodologies
\n
Experience with Agile methodologies to work in sprints and accurately log time/effort
\n
Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver under pressure across multiple markets
\n
Highly proactive, organized & strong ownership skills
