NovaMetro is expanding! We are looking for experienced Account Managers with a proven track record of success in the telecom sector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with partners and carriers on both buying and selling services. We are growing our team and have open positions in both Voice and Messaging business units.

About UsWe are a group of companies specialising in telecom software development and operating as a niche international telecom provider. We deliver Voice and Messaging transit services to B2B clients around the world: including carriers, aggregators, and enterprise partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesManaging relationships with existing partners, identifying their needs and selling SMS or Voice routesCoordinating SMS or Voice traffic exchange with partners and internal teamsBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships, enhancing loyalty to the companyOverseeing the entire sales process: from routing and pricing to monitoring SMS or Voice route qualityAttending international conferences to foster and grow partnershipsImplementing partner development strategies based on current market dataSharing information with colleagues to achieve the company's business goalsPreparing performance reports on partner relationshipsKeeping CRM records for assigned partners up to dateCollaborating with other departments to address legal, financial, and technical partner issuesSupporting new accounts in cooperation with BDM (Business Development Department team)Participating in additional company projects

What We're Looking ForProven experience working with major telecom operators or players in the SMS/Voice domainIn-depth knowledge of the telecom services market, especially SMS/VoiceExpertise with various sales techniquesStrong PC and office software skillsTeamwork skills and flexibility in approachExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesStrong time management and self-organisation skillsProficiency in EnglishKnowledge of other foreign languages xiphteb will be a plus
