As our Sales Manager for the Mediterranean & LATAM region, you'll lead a team of Corporate and Enterprise Account Managers, driving growth across diverse markets and strategic industries. This fully remote role is all about building and coaching a high-performing team, shaping a collaborative sales culture, and delivering measurable impact while helping organizations achieve their digital transformation goals. Own forecasting, pipeline management, and regional revenue performance, ensuring clear alignment with business objectives and long-term growth strategy. ~ Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable sales culture that balances immediate results with sustainable, long-term success. ~ Monitor and analyse market trends to inform sales strategy, identify growth opportunities, and plan proactively for future challenges. 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of closing complex B2B deals ~Fluent Spanish/Portuguese and strong business-level English communication skills (spoken and written) ~ Sales Process Expertise such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC and Value Selling. ~ Examples of developing AE performance and personal growth ~ Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and ability to navigate complex B2B environments. ~ Familiarity with Mediterranean & LATAM markets and cultural business nuances. ~ Experience working in fully remote, cross-functional teams. ~ Familiarity with the verticals we serve: BFSI, Telco, Public Sector & Retail LI-LT1 #LI-Remote #SPAIN Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition. The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market.
