From Iwantic, we are currently looking for a Demand Generation & CRM Specialist for an international end-client within the SaaS sector, currently in an expansion phase and strongly focused on B2B growth.The selected candidate will play a key role in driving commercial opportunities and optimizing lead acquisition and management processes, working closely with the sales team in a highly results-driven SaaS environment.Responsibilities- Develop and execute demand generation initiatives in B2B environments, with a primary focus on outbound strategies.- Build and maintain qualified prospect databases, ensuring proper segmentation, data accuracy, and ongoing updates.- Manage the CRM and its automation workflows, guaranteeing accurate lead tracking, campaign attribution, and performance visibility.- Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and opportunity follow-up processes.- Coordinate external digital marketing providers (SEO and SEM), monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with lead acquisition objectives.- Analyze performance metrics and continuously propose improvements to campaigns, processes, and tools.Requirements- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.- 2 to 5 years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS environments.- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.- Strong analytical skills with a clear results- and metrics-driven mindset.- Experience collaborating with external digital marketing agencies or vendors.- Fluent or near-native level of English (mandatory).- Autonomous, well-organized profile with a hands-on and proactive approach.What We Offer- Permanent contract directly with the end client.- Opportunity to join a growing international technology company.- High level of autonomy and ownership over a strategic business growth area.- Dynamic, performance-driven environment with real opportunities for professional development.
