Job Summary
The AWC Trainer Specialist is responsible for business development in the selected regions and accounts by providing product training to HCPs. Is responsible for executing the commercial strategy in the assigned territory, in acute and community settings. He/she will play a key role in all the tender initiatives and activities, working closely with the different regional sales managers.
He/she will see and identify product training needs in the assigned territory and accounts. This role is a field-based position in Madrid and the surrounding areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Guide less-experienced healthcare professionals and the sales team.Complex training issues/activities.
1. Business development in selected regions and accounts.
2. Develop and implementtenders’activities.
3. Support product inclusion inregional productformularies.
4. Tender managementinitiatives andactivities incollaborationwith RSM
5. Facilitate training programs, specifically related toConvaTec products/franchises.
6. Conductproducttraining to HCP F2F and remotely.
7. Develop and implement accountplans.
8. Work with regional technical commission stakeholders to introduce and expand new productsusage.
9. Develop and implement product protocols.
10. Build andmaintainstrong relationships withkey decision makers, technical commissions, key influencers in his/her region, and accounts.
11. Develop and implement strategic account plans.
12. Collaborate with cross functional team such as marketing,finance,SFE,etc.
13. Collaborate with marketing onproduct launches and development.
14. Assessing customer needs and suggestingappropriate products, services, and/or solutions
Travel Requirements
Travel is expected to bebetween 60 - 80%. Travel will bepredominantly in Spain; occasional international travel may also berequired.

About you
16. HCPDegreerequired
17. 3+ years’ experience in the health care field as a healthcareprofessional.
18. Master or post-degree related to AWC is a plus.
19. English isa must.
20. Must be able to thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced sales environment.
21. Ability to work as a team and at the same time be autonomous, with strong organization and management skills for their actions.
22. Predisposition,confidence,and initiative. That sets the standard and expectations through example in conduct, work ethic,integrity,and character.
23. Understanding of the salesand tenderprocess and ability to manage the entire training cycle.
24. Excellent communication skills and facilitation/delivery of training.Strong communicationskills arerequired.
25. Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
26. Have experience working on often demanding and changing time scales.
27. Digital skills: manage digital tools and platforms.
