Working in close partnership with the Head of Product Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, and strategic partners. It is both strategic and hands‑on, focused on defining clear value propositions, crafting compelling narratives, and driving effective go‑to‑market execution for HBX’s advertising and marketing solutions. /ppWhile the primary focus will be on the Marketing Suite and Retail Media Network, the role will also contribute to select cross‑functional growth initiatives across HBX Group’s business segments. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate combines strong Product Marketing fundamentals with deep expertise in AdTech, MarTech, and Retail Media, a builder mindset, and the ability to drive impact across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pullibProduct Positioning Value Proposition /b /li /ulpPartner closely with the Head of Product Marketing to define, refine, and continuously evolve the value proposition, positioning, and messaging of the HBX Marketing Suite and Retail Media Network. /ppTranslate product capabilities into clear, differentiated, customer‑centric narratives tailored to different audiences and markets. /ppbr/pullibGo‑to‑Market Sales Enablement /b /li /ulpOwn the development of product messaging and commercial collateral, including sales decks, one‑pagers, playbooks, battlecards, case studies and other materials. /ppSupport GTM activation, including sales trainings, enablement initiatives, and close collaboration with regional and global commercial teams. /p ullibMarket, Competitive Customer Insights /b /li /ulpOwn competitive intelligence across Retail Media Networks, AdTech, MarTech, and travel‑specific platforms. /ppContinuously monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and new monetization models, feeding insights back into Product, Marketing, and Business teams. /ppBring customer and partner insights to inform product roadmap discussions and prioritization. /ppbr/pullibPartner Ecosystem Collaboration /b /li /ulpAct as the primary Product Marketing point of contact for key technology and media partners. /ppCollaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure the continuous development of marketing capabilities across the ecosystem. /ppSupport cross-team adoption of AI and automation to scale Product Marketing impact, improve delivery velocity, and unlock deeper market and customer insights. /ppbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulli6+ years’ experience in Product Marketing or adjacent roles within AdTech, MarTech, Retail Media, digital platforms, or marketplaces; travel industry experience is a strong plus. /liliStrong understanding of advertising monetization models, ideally across B2B and B2C. /liliSolid Product Marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, go‑to‑market execution, sales enablement, and storytelling. /liliTech‑savvy and analytically minded, comfortable diving into products, data, and operational details. /liliHands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented, with a builder mindset and strong bias to action. /liliStrong business acumen, able to balance strategic thinking with execution. /liliProven project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives in parallel. /liliFluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong plus. /liliMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good. /ppWe're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. /ppJoin us and be part of a team where equal opportunities truly make a difference /p
