Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors and clients while managing check-ins and visitor records.
Handling calls, emails, and serving as the first point of contact for guests and employees.
Managing mail, deliveries, and courier services efficiently.
Supporting daily office operations, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks.
Ensuring the office remains organized, stocked, and welcoming.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or office support.
Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a strong plus.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Passion for aviation and interest in the airline industry.
Immediate availability is considered a plus.
