Business Development Representative (BDR) The role involves contacting Australian and New Zealand companies, speaking to IT managers, and gathering information on relevant IT topics. The primary objective is to generate a qualified lead – an appointment between the IT manager and a client's sales representative – during our Warm Handover process.
Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Ask targeted questions to identify needs and decision-makers.
Qualify prospects and create qualified leads.
Schedule meetings between IT managers and client sales teams.
Collaborate closely with our clients' sales experts (e.g., Intel, Dell, Fujitsu).
Participate in a four‐week onboarding program to develop industry knowledge and networking skills.
Qualifications Native‐level English speaker.
High proficiency in another European language is desirable but not required.
Experience in a phone‐based sales or outreach role.
Target‐driven mindset with a can‐do attitude.
Must reside within the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid) and be legally eligible to work in Spain full‐time.
Work Schedule and Location Full‐time role (30 hours per week, 5:00–11:00am daily). After the first month, work will be performed from home within the Madrid region, except for two Fridays per month at the office from 8:00–14:00, subject to company rules. Remote work options are available for this position.
Compensation and Benefits Monthly salary approximately €1,780 (unpaid).
