You can work from home forever, provided you're within UTC-5 to UTC+3.Reporting to our Director of Marketing, we seek a Lead Web Marketing Manager to own Oyster HR’s web strategy, execution, and performance. This role involves evolving Oyster’s website as a global growth engine—covering Webflow operations, SEO, CRO, analytics, and site governance. You will collaborate with brand / content, product marketing, partnerships, design, and legal teams to ensure optimal website performance for users and business goals.The ideal candidate combines technical web skills, growth marketing mindset, and operational excellence, with experience managing Webflow or similar CMS platforms and driving pipeline growth through the website.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations and performance of the Oyster website, including roadmap, governance, and experience optimization across regions.Develop and execute Oyster’s web growth strategy :
SEO, CRO, personalization, UX improvements.Partner with demand generation, content, and GTM teams to ensure site experiences generate qualified pipeline and meet funnel metrics.Utilize tools like Webflow, Optimize, Clearbit Reveal to create personalized, high-converting experiences.Lead localization and international SEO strategies as we expand globally.Set and monitor KPIs for traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence;
translate insights intoexperiments and updates.Support campaign and product launches with landing page and conversion flow optimizations, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.Work with engineering, legal, and product teams to ensure security, compliance (GDPR / CCPA), and site health.Requirements7+ years in web, growth, or digital marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or HRTech.Proven experience managing Webflow or similar high-performing, conversion-optimized websites.Expertise in SEO (on-page and technical), familiar with tools like GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.Experience with CRO, A / B testing, personalization tools (Clearbit Reveal, Mutiny), and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, HubSpot).Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize and collaborate across teams.Knowledge of multi-regional site structure, hreflang, localization workflows.Experience working in a global, distributed team is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and UX skills.Hands-on management of website roadmaps, vendors, QA processes.Additional RequirementsReliable home internet or ability to obtain one.How We Work Together at OysterOur values guide our decisions and culture :
